"We are so glad we switched agents to Kevin.. We are 60 yr customers of State Farm. We had never switched agents after moving here 20 yrs ago. But then we started not being able to get in touch with our old agent when we needed her. Messages would be left but our calls were never returned. Finally we made the decision to go with Kevin. -Only then- did we hear from our old agent asking us if she had -done- anything wrong. We made our new selection and met with Kevin. He took the time to go over our policies with us and point out some changes we could make if we wanted too.. He was pleasant, easy going and knowledgeable about our insurance coverage. And gave us some more up to date info. When we walked out my husband turned to me and said "We made the right choice in our selection of agents." I felt the same way too. Thank you Kevin for putting us at ease with joining you and your agency. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Right down to Cooper.... lol ;-)"
